Very impressed Very impressed with Katy West Houston Air.They came out with little notice to get my broken AC goin during a hot spell, were very friendly. They didn`t try to upsell me, the tech was fast efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
My parents recommended My parents recommended them to fix my AC and they were right. The repairman was knowledgeable and very sweet. Explained everything he would do to troubleshoot, etc. I will use them again if I have a heating issue.
They installed a new capacitor I contacted Katy West Houston Air after having problems with another company. They installed a new capacitor, rechecked all the settings from the previous HVAC company and corrected their errors. I thoroughly respect the honesty, promptness and knowledge of the technician. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone and by all means I will be contacting Katy West Houston Air for all my future need
