Extremely knowledgeable Extremely knowledgeable. Came out within an hour of my call, and quickly identified the problem to be a result of another heat and air company`s mistake. Advised me to require them to fix it and refused to charge me for the visit because he didn`t do the work. Do yourself a favor and call.
