I emailed Katy TV Saturday not expecting a reply until Monday, Then I got email and phone call Sunday afternoon an hour later the TV was fixed. Great service.
I would give Katy TV 20+++++++++Stars What a WONDERFUL company and Raj's is the BEST. He just left my house about 9pm. Poor guy got lost finding my house and my AT&T phone wasn't working but he persevered and found me about an hour and a half late. I am soooo pleased that he didn't give up on my address. AND HE FIXED MY TV!!!!!!!!!!! Very reasonable price too. TYTYTYTY Raj!
The technician was prompt and freindly. Very professional guys. They even managed to keep the rate below what they estimated. certainly would recommend Katy TV Service again
