I was referred for evaluation of sudden hair loss and scalp biopsy. The provider was dismissive, performed no thorough scalp exam, and relied on stereotypical race assumptions rather than listening to my history. My after-visit summary also contained multiple inaccuracies documenting counseling that did not occur. I would not recommend this provider, especially for concerns related to hair loss if you are a person of color.
I was a new patient with a horrible, itchy rash. I had been referred here. Called and they got me in SAME day. Dr. Trotter was knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Thank you!
Dr Trotter is amazing! She has so much patience with my toddler and is so good with her. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she cares for her patients.
