I've been here several times with no complaints other than the terrible service, which I guess is standard at the uptown location. I actually NEVER leave reviews. But this place is absolute trash and you'll never have any of my business ever again. My friends and I came for a drink and food right off the trail around 4pm. We parked about half a mile away because you can never find parking at this place and I've heard terrible things about the valet. Since when does Katy Trail Ice House, the bar which is 75% outdoor, open air patio seating that also lets dogs in descriminate against tank tops when its 90 outside in Texas? The plano location has allowed me in many times in a tank top. Almost 1 hr drive out there, 20 minute walk from where we were able to find parking and 3 minute wait in line under the hot sun before being told no tank tops...mind you EVERY lady there was sporting short shorts with their ass cheeks hanging out, and tanks or spaghetti straps. Soo those of you that know me I’m very calm and never rant BUT today is totally different for me... I came to place where I frequently came to when friends and family came into town and had beers and had a good time. This establishment WAS a cool place to come to. Well I will never come to this place ever again. I met some friends here to watch the champions league soccer game.
