Dishonest and overcharging company Awful service. Charged me twice for an alignment because it needed a shim plus the cost of shim. BEWARE of this place. They overcharge and do not honor coupons from their website. They have not heard the last from me. Very disappointed of their horrible customer service and would not recommend to ANYONE. They might seem cheaper at first, but are not in the end. DISHONEST company, stay away.
Dont trust them – I will never use Katy Auto Care. Gil lied to me about my car and I have had an additional $3000 in repairs because of it. He looked me straight in the eye and lied to me. I wouldn't trust them.

Best Customer Service Ever I've had the privilege of doing business with Gil (owner), Reba (service manager) and Dana (office manager) on more than just a few occasions and they have always gone above and beyond what was expected. Just today my daughters 2000 Mercury, Grand Marquis needed an intake manifold replaced. We dropped it off in the morning and picked it up that afternoon. Bad job They have charged me alot of money to change a inner tie rod next time i will do it my self.I had gone too them fior a alignment because I had hit a pothole and had gotten a flat tire. They told I needed a new inner tie rod and would be one thousand dollars. I would not recommend to go
Trustworthy, very professional & knowledgeable I have a 10 yr. old infiniti that had an electrical problem with headlights. Reba, is very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to perform on the car. The office offers transportation to office (if close vacinity), they have drop key area and towing is available as well. They offer a variety of services including detailing the auto and they even give kids a special oil change rate if report card is decent ;-)
Good Car Care I always hate to take my car into the shop because I feel as though they will take advantage of a single woman. They are honest and I feel like I can trust their advice.
