Dishonest Will break things and then say they were already broken when you brought your car in. Do not go here!
AVOID! These people are bait and switch scammers! Took our car in to have shocks fixed, and now suddenly we have a cracked radiator that was not cracked when we brought it in. They tried to talk my husband into having a timing belt fixed when our car doesn't even have a timing belt. Dana tried to lie and say she was standing there while my husband spoke to Gil and she was NOT even in the room. These people are obvious liars and scammers. Use at your own risk!
Best Mechanic I have ever Had!!!!!! No Lies!!! – I have been going to Gil at Katy Auto Care for about 8 years now and there is a reason why. He is the absolute best mechanic I have ever had because they are honest and maintain a high level of integrity. Exceptional Sevice My family and I have been to Gil's for 14 years--he is as honest as they come. Trustworthy Car Repair – Have been using Katy Autocare for 10+ years. These folks are trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly, dependable. I recommend them without reservation. WOW! – Gil and the guys (and Gal) at Katy Auto Care treat me like family every time I come in. They've always been fair and honest with me. It is hard to believe the review that jfleetw has left. I've been bringing my family's cars to Katy Auto for years and I will continue to come back.
BEWARE of overcharges – Awful service. Would rate 0 if I could. Charged me twice for an alignment because it needed a shim plus the cost of shim. BEWARE of this place. They overcharge and do not honor coupons from their website. They have not heard the last from me. Very disappointed of their horrible customer service and would not recommend to ANYONE. They might seem cheaper at first, but are not in the end. DISHONEST company, stay away.
