Trustworthy, very professional & knowledgeable I have a 10 yr. old infiniti that had an electrical problem with headlights. Reba, is very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to perform on the car. The office offers transportation to office (if close vacinity), they have drop key area and towing is available as well. Dishonest and overcharging company Awful service. Charged me twice for an alignment because it needed a shim plus the cost of shim. BEWARE of this place. They overcharge and do not honor coupons from their website. They have not heard the last from me. Very disappointed of their horrible customer service and would not recommend to ANYONE. They might seem cheaper at first, but are not in the end. DISHONEST company, stay away.

AVOID AT ALL COST! AVOID!! Gil and Dana are liars and scammers. We took our car in to have shocks fixed, and left with a cracked radiator that was not cracked when we brought it in. They tried to talk us into having a timing belt fixed when our car doesn't even have a timing belt and tried to tell us we had cracked head gasket. My husband brought the car home only to discover that we DID NOT Have a cracked head gasket AT ALL! They don't have any trouble blatantly making up lies. Exceptional Sevice My family and I have been to Gil's for 14 years--he is as honest as they come. Exceptional service, excellent warranty, and the same people have been working for him as long as I have been going to his shop. I have a hard time believing Jill's review. I guess the old saying is true--there is always one ****** out there!

Dont trust them I will never use Katy Auto Care. Gil lied to me about my car and I have spent an additional $3000 in repairs because of it. He looked me straight in the eye and lied. I wouldn't trust him.
