Trustworthy, very professional & knowledgeable I have a 10 yr. old infiniti that had an electrical problem with headlights. Reba, is very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to perform on the car. The office offers transportation to office (if close vacinity), they have drop key area and towing is available as well. Dishonest and overcharging company Awful service. Charged me twice for an alignment because it needed a shim plus the cost of shim. BEWARE of this place. They overcharge and do not honor coupons from their website. They have not heard the last from me. Very disappointed of their horrible customer service and would not recommend to ANYONE. They might seem cheaper at first, but are not in the end. DISHONEST company, stay away.
I've had nothing but TOP-NOTCH, perfect service at Katy Auto Care. My family and my in-laws family all take their cars here. They are honest, fairly priced, and have the BEST customer service. Every single person I've ever spoken to has been professional, courteous, and kind (they go out of their way to help you understand what's up with your car). The most amazing establishment! They are kind and affordable! I'm always more that satisfied with their service. Gil always makes me feel right at home and so does Dana and her son. They are honest with me and they get the job done! They will be my car people until I'm forced to move from Katy

Very dishonest! Will break things that were not broken and say it came in that way! Do not use this shop!
AVOID at all cost! Gil and Dana are both professional liars and bait and switch professionals. We took our car here for shocks to be fixed and ended up leaving with a broken radiator that was not cracked when we brought it in! Dana tried to lie to me saying she was standing in the room when my husband and Gil discussed the car problems and she WAS NOT in the room. Terrible Horrible! Go someplace honest and trustworthy!
AVOID AT ALL COST! AVOID!! Gil and Dana are liars and scammers. We took our car in to have shocks fixed, and left with a cracked radiator that was not cracked when we brought it in. They tried to talk us into having a timing belt fixed when our car doesn't even have a timing belt and tried to tell us we had cracked head gasket. My husband brought the car home only to discover that we DID NOT Have a cracked head gasket AT ALL! They don't have any trouble blatantly making up lies.
