AVOID AT ALL COST! AVOID!! Gil and Dana are liars and scammers. We took our car in to have shocks fixed, and left with a cracked radiator that was not cracked when we brought it in. They tried to talk us into having a timing belt fixed when our car doesn't even have a timing belt and tried to tell us we had cracked head gasket. My husband brought the car home only to discover that we DID NOT Have a cracked head gasket AT ALL! They don't have any trouble blatantly making up lies. Trustworthy, very professional & knowledgeable I have a 10 yr. old infiniti that had an electrical problem with headlights. Reba, is very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to perform on the car. The office offers transportation to office (if close vacinity), they have drop key area and towing is available as well. Best Customer Service Ever I've had the privilege of doing business with Gil (owner), Reba (service manager) and Dana (office manager) on more than just a few occasions and they have always gone above and beyond what was expected. Just today my daughters 2000 Mercury, Grand Marquis needed an intake manifold replaced. We dropped it off in the morning and picked it up that afternoon. Dont trust them I will never use Katy Auto Care. Gil lied to me about my car and I have spent an additional $3000 in repairs because of it. He looked me straight in the eye and lied. I wouldn't trust him.

Bad job They have charged me alot of money to change a inner tie rod next time i will do it my self.I had gone too them fior a alignment because I had hit a pothole and had gotten a flat tire. They told I needed a new inner tie rod and would be one thousand dollars. I would not recommend to go
