Went here 2 times to have major dental done. Never received a call back either time I went. Staff more worried about what they are going to do after work then treating patients.

Worst dentist ever.My daughter had surgery done there.On her post op paper said if we had emergency to call office 24/7. Guess what she is in horrible pain.It is Saturday. THE DENTIST ISNT IN AND THE LADY THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE DOES NOT KNOW A NUMBER FOR THE DENTIST OR ANY OTHER EMERGENCY NUMBER. Want to take people's money real quick though. Stay away from these idiots .
NEVER GO TO KATSUR DENTAL!!! The dentist is a f$#*~% prick. Took 2 hours to be seen after my wife's scheduled appointment. And then the dentist treated us like we were the assholes. Even said he wasn't going to finish my wife's teeth after she was novacained up. Total white trash chop shop.
I never had a problem with rescheduling or scheduling my daughters appointment. And when i arrive at the office i never wait to be called.
Horrible customer service rude receptionists cannot get in touch wirh billing office- horrible!!!
