This was my first attempt to make sushi. Mori was lots of fun, and very informative. My wife and I had so much fun in her class learning the techniques. Very good experience for our beginner class. We will be back!!
Mori was very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the beginners class and will definitely be going back for more classes.
My partner surprised me with a cooking class for my birthday and I enjoyed it. Mori was a delight and the atmosphere was laid back. I'm a bit of an introvert, so I was pretty uncomfortable around ppl I don't know, but Mori made it pretty easy to relax. The only down side? Other customers. Can't control the snobs who also sign up, determined to waste time and make problematic comments. but seriously, this was a great experience and I hope to return for another lesson soon!!!
Mori is a fabulous teacher! She was clear, organized, fun and laid back! I took my husband to learn about sushi making for his birthday. Mori created a fun experience for us! We learned a lot and had a lot of fun! Thanks Mori!!!!!
An AMAZING and interactive experience. I was ready to sign up for my next class before I even finished the first one at Katsumi's. Prices for the experience are exceptional.
Fun, fast and affordable. Somehow even I was able to make competent spring rolls and a California roll. The fondue was very simple but delicious. No course was out of the realm of a home cook. Even a neophyte like me.
Mori is a good instructor as well as being fun. We had a great time taking this class and can't wait to take another.
We took the intro class and it was so much fun! Mori was a great instructor and we really enjoyed the delicious food me made!
Had a blast! And I think I can do this at home (from someone who does not specialize in cooking, lol)!
