My husband and I took the Advanced Sushi class. Mori was wonderful! She was extremely knowledgeable and we learned so much about how to make sushi and also the history. She was very helpful and made us feel comfortable to try it on our own at home. I would definitely recommend this class.

Think Japanese cooking with a little history and sass thrown it. The food was delicious. The history was excellent. And the sass I can relate to. Well worth the trip to take this class.

We took the intro to sushi and it was so much more than that! We learned how to make spring rolls, miso, cake, and reviewed where and what to buy for authentic cooking at home! Loved it and can’t wait to take another class!

We had a great time with Mori! She not only explains how to make the different menu items, but also why. She is fun to listen to and really knows her stuff. We made some of the best sushi we ever had! We will definitely will go to to one of her other classes.
