Excellent patient to doctor experience, very good listener and fantastic surgeon
Place is very clean , nurses are very friendly
Great personality. He took the time to explain the procedure and what to expect. He listened to my concerns and checked with the different lens manufacturers to make sure I received the proper lenses.
Dr. Nick recently performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. On my first visit, I was given a video of what the surgery would entail. All of my questions were answered. Dr. Nick then came in and went over the surgery and recommendations. Thru both surgeries, Dr. Nick and his teams informed me of exactly what would happen before, during and after the surgeries. I was completely comfortable with every visit.I will recommended him to all my family and friends.
Dr Katsoulakis is awesome. So knowledgeable and patient. Takes all the time you need to answer any questions. He was 100% spot on with my implant lenses.
Dr. Katsoulakis is amazing. Above and beyond with caring and explaining everything about the procedure before and after. I had cataract surgery on both eyes and was very hesitant. Dr. Katsoulakis went above and beyond to assure me everything would be fine and it was. If you are in need of an eye doctor for anything he is your guy!
I like that each staff member introduced themselves and made you feel welcome and comfortable.
Excellent Procedure went as planned. Staff on point in explaining procedure.Would definitely recommend Dr. Nic to perform cataract surgery. Very friendly and great 'bedside' manner. Staff contacted me for follow up the next day.
Dr. Karsoulakis was very Informative and attentive. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions and concerns.
