Everyone was professional and cared about their patients.
Dr Nick was able to remove my cataracts and restore my vision, after wearing glasses since 4th grade. His expertise and the recommendation Dr Nick provided for my new lenses was truly spot on. He is a fantastic ophthalmologist and surgeon. I have been a patient for quite a few years. Glaucoma was suspected, but Dr. Katsoulakis or Dr. Nick as I call him did not rush to diagnose. He did diagnose. Just yesterday, I had my first cataract surgery. Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable and friendly. I was relaxed by a liquid I swallowed and no IV. I didn’t feel anything and the procedure plus stents in my eyes was over in 15 minutes. A big thank you to Dr. Nick and all of his staff. Everyone was welcoming.

I had a cataract removed and from my first visit to my last, the office staff and Dr Katsoulakis were friendly, kind and informative. Very professional atmosphere yet very caring.
I like the phone reminders, and all the staff are so polite and curtious.The office is always neat and clean and very orderly that means a lot to me.After my surgery I was given phone contacts to reach doctors in case I had any issues after hours.
I appreciated my first visit where I received great information regarding my upcoming procedure by watching a short video on an iPad. Dr. Nick was very patient and answered all my questions on every visit. He was professional but very friendly and easy to talk to. I am very pleased with my results and would highly recommend Dr. Nickolas Katsoulakis at the Krates Eye Center.

The first visit for consult on cataract was amazing. Very thorough on explanations and took time to listen to my issues. Every visit after have been the same. He performed cataract surgery on both eyes and could not any happier with the outcome!!!!!
