Katrina's Cafe in Auburn was outstanding. Fred had strawberry waffles with extra whip cream. My veggie omelette was so great and so big it would have fed 3 people. Can't wait to go back again.

Yesterday my friend and I drove in from Reno and ate there for the first time. My Tuscan eggs were great, wonderful perfect fruit, house made pesto. My friend said her omelette was the best she had eaten anywhere, plus a plate of wonderful potatoes. So large that most of it went home for her husbands dinner. We will be back as soon as possible.
