Katrina Grablin was very unprofessional at my appointment, she started discussing my test results while the door was still open and made me feel disrespected as a patient. Her bedside manner could really use improvement.
She was great, spent plenty of time to address my concerns. Cruised right through, much easier than dealing with the big practices.
