I went to Grablin a number of years ago and she is still the absolute WORST PA I've ever had the experience of seeing. No communication, no follow-up, terrible bedside manner. Her conduct is consistently unprofessional and accusatory: she does not take responsibility for her failure to return calls or respond to patients' questions. WORST PA EVER. There are so many other PAs out there that are much more professional, more knowledgeable, and much more pleasant.
She started off good but she started working part time. I had to go to Urgent care multiple times because she was closed during the week. She closed because it was too expensive. Had she had a full time practice she could have been paid instead of Urgent Care. She also refused to do a follow up exam after a car accident and could not refer me to someone who was accepting new patients.
A complete waste of time and money. From the receptionist, to the medical assistants, to Katrina herself, no one cared about my pain or medical issues. Katrina was exceptionally rude. All I was to them was a number. The only objective was to squeeze as much money as they could from me. Unnecessary visits and tests racked up huge bills. Once I fired them and found a real doctor, I was quickly diagnosed and feel much better now.

Beautiful Office! Clean and "Zen". Katrina is wonderful! If you don't want to feel like you are "cattle" when it comes to your medical care, this is the place! Small intimate office that truly cares about "you"! As a medical professional myself, I have seen some "shady" stuff to include bad reviews from patients that don't "get what they want" or are mad about their insurance options. Katrina is a professional and if you want quality care, this is the place!
Very unprofessional and rude. She was in such a hurry that she wrote a prescription for me without even reading my chart. I had to point out that my chart clearly indicated I was allergic to that med. The whole place looked dirty and shabby.
Do not go here. This woman couldn't care less about the patient in front of her. She didn't listen to my concerns, didnt read my file, and ended up prescribing a contra-indicated drug that would have killed me had my pharmacist not intervened. Wait times are long and the staff is rude. I overheard the receptionist bad mouthing another patient and cursing.
As a new client, I couldn't be more satisfied with her. Both thorough and sincere, she alleviated all my concerns and prescribed after her in depth consultation. Her office staff are extremely welcoming, making the comforting ambience even more comfortable. The whole process was expedient without feeling rushed, and warm without feeling overbearing. Amazing.
I was treated very badly by Cindy who is a staff member at her office. All I wanted was a phone number of a place she was referring me to and my lab results. I couldn’t get a call back and was talked down to when I called a second time.
