Dr. Birdwell takes her time to explain my diagnosis. And explains everything in detail. She is a very compassionate individual who cares about her patients.
Dr. Birdwell has wonderful personal relationship skills with patients and makes a difference in their care.
Dr. Birdwell has such a way of making you feel at ease. She doesn't rush. You don't even feel like a patient. She is very thorough, ask questions and explains everyrhing so easily. Cancer is a horrible disease but having Dr. Birdwell as my surgeon and following me almost 5 yrs, this has been so easy to deal with.
Dr. Birdwell was professional, explained every thing so I could understand, she is caring and spends whatever time is needed to make her patient feel comfortable.
