Presented all options for surgery. Listened to my preferences and concerns. Patient with all my questions. Reassuring and confident. Quick to consult with other doctors. Warm and caring - helped me dress after removing surgical dressings. Ended appointment with a warm hug.

Dr. Birdwell is the most compassionate doctor I have ever known! She is an excellent surgeon who answers all your questions. She always has your interest at heart and it's a comfort to know she is on my side during a most difficult time. I couldn't have gone through any of the surgeries I've had without her by my side.
Dr Birdwell always take time to listen to my concerns. She said this is your time.

Getting a breast cancer diagnoses is scary and life changing but Dr. Birdwell and the entire team were wonderful , encouraging, supportive, kind and communicated extremely well. I always knew expectations and could message if I had questions. From the first visit on I had the best care and incredibly grateful and thankful for this team and the care I received.
In addition to the medical screening, Dr. Birdwell took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. I was provided with options for my particular situation without feeling pressured to do anything. It is a safe environment.
