This property mgmt company deserves less than 0 stars that is how horrible it is! Listen to all of the bad reviews because they are 100000% true! They make excuses for those who violate their own "by-laws" and loves to use it against those who take a stand and make sense! I have been living in Woodland trail for 23 years prior management companies were far much nicer, polite and a lot less inexpensive then Katonah Management. The community is being robbed by them and they charge for everything. Example 350.00 fee to leave the HOA. Then charging fees for new buyers.Im sure does fees are not going back to the community.Always increases and arrogant property managers. Horrible management company. From the top with Stephen Brussels who is incompetent to Keith Sherling who is nasty and unprofessional. They sent a plumber to fix a problem they deemed their responsibility and then decide to bill us. Very quick to respond however It seems the first response isn't always thought through and I now have to pay the price for inadequate service from KMG

Katonah management group is by far the worst management group you could ever have. Keith sterling’s negative behavior to the development owners go way beyond unprofessionalism, and border on harassment, and include threatening correspondence, unwarranted fines and unnecessary and continual towing of homeowners cars. His tyrannical style of personality is the worst one you could have when you need to deal politically and fairly with a large and diverse group of home owner clientele. To echo previous reviews, this company and especially property manager, Keith Sherling is completely unprofessional. No help with any issues, just endless threatening useless emails. Seems like they believe that their job is to threaten and mistreat instead of support and help the residents. Don’t hire this company, look somewhere else!
If I could give ZERO as a rating I would. WORST company ever. Argumentative, Does not maintain the property, Do not return emails or calls, Condescending. The Principal is probably funding his "out of the country" constant vacations with OUR common charges. They must pay the property managers to be annoying and dumb.
