We have been trying to reach you for over a week. Please return our calls. 1 month ago you came to fix our Samsung refridgerator and stated there is a 1 year warranty. How can we use that warranty if you do not return calls? Our fridge iced up again and we lost more food. Please call us back asap. C Sable
