Do not trust this company. They were contracted by Lowes to repair my stove. A lady came out to my house one time and said she needed to order a part. She called me one time after that to tell me the part was stuck at FedEx in Oak Park, never heard anything else from her. I called Lowes to check on this and found out she told Lowes she repaired my stove. I have called this company directly two times and have been told I would receive a call back, but I have heard nothing. Very dishonest tactics.
RecommendedKatie is AMAZING! We have a 4 1/2 year old Samsung that had been repaired 3 times by other companies for a variety of issues (refrigerator wouldn’t stay cool, ice maker breaking down, etc). Last Christmas, before finding Katie, it took about 8 phone calls to find a repair company that would even work on a Samsung. Obviously the repairs didn’t ‘stick’. It's was the most unprofessional visit I have ever experienced. We have a washer that has a wheel going bad just like the last washer we owned. The appointment was set up by Lowe's. We have a ring door bell, so it keeps track on the front door. She arrived at 17 minutes after 10:00 on the 29th. She started the washer, turned to my wife and said it has a vibration. Thank you, for fixing our fridge and being honest from the beginning about everything, she saved us time and money and lots of hassle.
She is awesome. She was at my house at the time she said. She had all the parts with her and within 40 minutes she had my washing machine running again. She is very professional and very reasonable priced.
