I noticed that Katie was only 1 of 2 companies in the area that was recommended by my washing machine company to service the problem. I wanted to support a smaller local business. I'm so glad I contacted her. Katie arrived about an hour later, was quick to diagnose the problem and order the parts. She returned the on the day she told me that she would and fixed the problem. It was a pleasure to hire her and I would recommend Katie to anyone in the area.

We had an error code on our Samsung gas range. Katie was very polite and on time. She diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the replacement part. Upon installing the replacement part, another part needed repair. She went above and beyond to get a deal on the product and came back same day to install it. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially Samsung appliance owners -because you eventually will need service :) Thanks Katie!

Katie has been to my home twice for Appliance repair . I would highly recommend her. She was quick and did a great job . It is nice to have a young lady come to my home , just feels safer.
Katie arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment, she was very professional and answered all my questions. Unfortunately the problem was too expensive but her honesty saved me lots of money. Highly recommend katie!!
Highly recommend Katie! Sent a fb message on a Sunday evening and got a call right away. Katie was here on Monday and ordered the part for my fridge. Very reasonable service call fee and it was waived with the repair. Thanks Katie for saving my fridge and me lots of $$$. I thought for sure I needed a new one.

I wanted to get my washer and dryer serviced, I heard very good things about Katie's appliance Called 3 separate times over 3 weeks. Left a voicemail as instructed all 3 times. Never received a call back.

I spoke with Mr.Vadasy and said I was sorry we did not return his calls and that there was no excuse for this. As a result of this we now have a back up system that will help us respond our calls if we can not answer them in a timely manner. Our goal is to provide fast and efficient service to all our customers. We will continue to work on improving this so that this doesn't happen again.
If anyone needs their appliances repaired, I would recommend Katie's Appliance Repair. Katie was called to our home to repair our dryer and shortly after she came to our home, my Dad needed service on his washer. Katie was very professional and I would highly recommend her!!
I've had Katie fix multiple appliances for me. She is AMAZING! She knows what she's doing and what she's talking about. Very efficient and gets the job done quick. I'll never call anyone else and I will be recommending her to my family and friends!
