I drove from Northern Nevada to see Dr. Jeans for my sleep apnea. I didn’t realize that my phone moved all of my appointments to an hour ahead. When I showed up an hr after my appt. the secretary was so kind to me. Even though she had a hard time walking she still went around the corner to ask Dr. Jeans if she could fit me in at some point since I had traveled 8 hrs to get here. I was able to hear Jeans voice loud and upset saying everyone else can make it to their appointment on time and she didn’t care where I had traveled... read more
