Dayna and her team are very knowledgeable about buying and selling. She helped me and my parents purchase our house. She just helped me sell my house as well. In between the time I bought my house and sold my house, she has answered all the questions I asked and made lots of recommendations. I would definitely recommend Dayna and her team to everyone.
So professional so on the ball! Dayna and her team truly are the best I've seen! And I've moved a lot! We listed with her because she gave a reasonable price for our home which was right at market value and she offered great service. We sold our house in a day after listing.
Her team is a machine. With that being said, machines don't have personality. She made it seem like we were a number more than a person. She wanted to get the house sold ASAP which, I know is ultimately the goal but she came across as pushy. I was looking for something a bit more personal I guess. That being said, she got the house out there, got people looking & talking about it & it sold. Her marketing & photographer were top notch.
I personnally worked with Jenna and Suzzanne and you couldnt ask for two of the most helpful thourough people to help you with your home buying needs. Cudos to Dayna and her awesome team.
