Great team effort. They made selling our property a breeze. Special thanks to Katie who did very good in listing, Lisa did an awesome staging and Lissa did very good representing on the buyers side. Dayna has done well in establishing this wonderful team - keep up your good work!
She priced it right; sold quickly for more than we had hoped; great communication with every step. We had a modest investment property to sell, and she gave it as much attention as a high-dollar mansion. Great job!

Team Dayan Simmons and our Realtor Tammy Ballard were awesome throughout the process. I was an emotional roller coaster all the way through, and Tammy kept me straight and pushed through to the end. They had to work hard with our out of state lender and although at times it was hard and a mess, in the end we got our house and we love it! Could not recommend them more!

Our house flooded during hurricane harvey,before that it was not in on our plans to buy a home. We felt lost and scare , we conctated allyson to help us see some houses and she and suzzane walked us thru the process and helped us on every way possible to make the experience less scary They are the best, very professional and caring.
