We absolutely LOVE Dr. Katie!!! She and her entire staff are so welcoming and kind! It is rare when you walk into an office and immediately feel like you are with family. We always look forward to our appointments because we feel like we get to catch up with old friends!
Dentist came into the room and didn't acknowledge me. Never said even a hello.
RecommendedBest Dentist!!! Wish we still lived up just so this crown I got done could have been done by her!!! Because she is a great dentist. who truly listens to her patients!!
I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Clough-Perin’s office. The staff was very welcoming. Moreover, both the dental assistant and Dr. Clough-Perin were very kind and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in the area. (Note: For those who are stationed at Fort Drum and have United Concordia, this is definitely an office you should check out!)
Honestly, the greatest dentist experience I've ever had. Everyone is so nice and patient. So happy to have finally found the right dentist! I couldn't have asked for better customer service from the entire staff. And an extra thumbs up to the awesome ladies at the front desk!
I have a HUGE fear of the dentist. I went to this office and had a breakdown in the waiting room because my anxiety was so bad and let me tell you the woman in this office are absolutely AMAZING. The two receptionist came out and calmed me right down. They where so sweet and caring. Then I went in to have my cleaning done. I saw Annie and she too was AMAZING. I finally found the perfect dentist, and as a military family this is very hard to so Had a filling and cleaning done in one day! Dr. Perin took her time to listen to me and made me feel so comfortable. The entire office staff is AMAZING and made me feel at home!
I went to Dr. Clough off recommendations from a local Facebook group and Wow! My expectations were absolutely exceeded. Like a lot of people, I am a bit anxious going to the dentist and knew I would need a lot of work done. Not only did they make me feel welcome and comfortable, but I didn’t feel embarrassed about my teeth. My cleaning was actually enjoyable (by Casey) and Dr. Clough was thorough and warm. I would highly recommend this dentist practice. My cleaning was comfortable and thorough. I had a filling replaced and it was quick and painless. The whole staff is helpful and friendly.
