The worst service my wife and I have ever received. At first he called me personally to attend to my case. After that everything went downhill. They never called me with updates on my case, when I called to tell me if there was any update the two assistants, an older woman and a young boy, told me different things. After a year they told me that there was no case because one of the insurance companies refused to pay because they said they were not to blame when they clearly were and I had the police report.
