RecommendedI am saddened to read negatives reviews on Kathy’s page. I fortunately had a wonderful experience! I finally received my flowers back and they are beautiful! It did take about 9 months, but Kathy called me with updates as to why the process was taking so long. I am very pleased with my wedding bouquet from Kathy’s Keepsakes!
I was married in 2011 and still don’t have my bouquet back. I attempted to email as well as call several times and nothing. I gave up as well as lost the deposit I paid as well.
Because of all the negative comments posted this year I feel compelled to write a review. I dropped our flowers off shortly after our wedding on June 9. Kathy let us know that it would be about a 3 month turn around. At the end of September I got a phone call saying they were done, and we just picked them up today. The final product is so amazing and well worth the wait!
My best friend dropped off a bouquet of daises from her baby shower in February of 2017. We have called multiple times and no answer. Very unprofessional and would not recommend her service to anyone.
I took my daughter’s bouquet the first week of December, and paid $100. I haven’t heard from her, and she hasn’t returned my calls. She answered her phone once a few months ago, and she said she didn’t know why I hadn’t gotten any emails from her. I gave her a second email address, and she said she would email me some pictures right then. I never heard from her, and she hasn’t returned any calls since then.
Kathy did an amazing job on my flowers! She is so easy to work with and is super convenient! I highly recommend her!
My daughter's been waiting almost a year for her bouquet.
I was married 5/16/15. My husband took payment and my flowers to be preserved the following day. As of today 2/15/18 I do not have my flowers and Kathy will not return my calls. Truly heartbreaking.
