Kathy worked day and night to ensure she was addressing our questions on time and making sure we were meeting our deadlines with progressing the sale of our home. If you are looking for an agent to sell your home, I would say you can’t go wrong with Kathy selling your home!
My realtor, Kathy Pikras was so helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. She knew just what to do, and answered any questions I had promptly. She helped me to get things done to the property I was selling. She shoveled and salted the sidewalk (of snow) and got a door tray for snowy shoes. I could not have handled this real estate transaction without Kathy's help!
Kathy is very detailed oriented and went above and beyond to get my home ready for sale. Her suggestions really made a significant difference for the better.
