I have never met a harder working realtor than Kathy. She went the extra mile many times and was tireless in helping us get an estate home prepared for sale. More important she had true vision in marketing the property and highlighting its attributes. It was just an amazing effort!

My realtor, Kathy Pikras was so helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. She knew just what to do, and answered any questions I had promptly. She helped me to get things done to the property I was selling. She shoveled and salted the sidewalk (of snow) and got a door tray for snowy shoes. I could not have handled this real estate transaction without Kathy's help!

Kathy is very detailed oriented and went above and beyond to get my home ready for sale. Her suggestions really made a significant difference for the better. Things I would have never thought of to do. Her marketing skills are excellent. My home was under contract within 3 days with multiple offers which is what every seller wants! She was very professional and ethical in all aspects of our time working together. I highly recommend her!
