Dr. Nash's program was amazing! I was pre-diabetic and was afraid of going on medication. With her program I lost 21 pounds in 30 days and I'm fitting back into clothes I wore back in college! There was lots of support and feedback directly with the doctor and I never ONCE dealt with an assistant. Totally recommend.
I started this program to initially lose weight but I’ve got so much more. Dr. Nash provides straight forward instructions and give all the tools to get to your goal weight and get healthy. She is personable and stars in many of her educational videos to help you understand the steps. What a joke, she refuses to give you a receipt for your payment. The diet plan provided is so limited and restricted, who wouldn't lose weight on something I could do on my own. No support, you see her for first visit, then you get the assistant to look at you and put under red light therapy that is useless. Don't waist your money, it's over 1k.
Very unhappy with this plan. As someone said before, there is no support. And when Dr. Nash texts you back, it is usually not a very nice text. I don’t know why I thought that after spending all this money I would get added support, but you don’t!. Also the food choices are so limited, that after 4 weeks I can’t stand it any more! My experience with Dr. Nash was very unpleasant! The program was restrictive, but OK and I lost on the lower end of the scale. However, the LACK OF SUPPORT is ridiculousI after paying over $1000! The first few weeks were fine, and then when you send in your food logs and ask questions, you don't get answers! The other thing that has been troubling is the lack of motivation!
