Dr Kathy and nurse staff have been absolutely amazing. I would say that the overall experience has been great. Though I do feel as if I had to really follow up multiple times with the patient coordinator and that became tedious and frustrating at times. She also does not have what I would consider to be good bedside manner, she is just very formal and very matter of fact. Which is fine, but sometimes you need a little more compassion
Dr. Kathy and her staff have been exceptional throughout our whole treatment process. Every person we deal with, from the Dr. to the nurses to the front desk to the billing department has been patient, flexible, forthright, clear, and above all kind. In this kind of process it is critical to feel comfortable with your care providers and we could not be happier with the care we have received at CARE.
We loved Dr, Doody. Her and the staff were clear and precise on instructions for everything from appointments to procedures and self injections. I would refer Dr. Doody and Care Fertility to anyone needing fertility help.
Dr. Doody is very knowledgeable in her field. I think she has chosen the best treatment for me. Because everyone wants to see her, sometimes the wait time is long and the appointment is short.
We first saw Dr.Doody in 2013 and returned in 2015, after not being able to get pregnant on our own. During our failed embroyo transfer and now the success of our FET she has been compassionate, understanding, and wonderful to us. We have had a great experience.
The doctor and nurses were amazing. Our concern was with the IVF coordinator. There was a lack of response and information to the messages we left and it was concerning as a patient going through this process to not have someone get back with us in a timely manner (left six messages and it took 5 days for a response) to let us know what was going on with our procedure and medications. We absolutely love Dr. Doody, the nurses, April, and Marisol is the best phlebotomist!
Dr. Kathy Doody and her staff are honest, open, and extremely caring. When I experienced a loss, Dr. Kathy provided personal care that helped me through the process. Without reservation, I would recommend CARE Fertility to anyone experiencing struggles with fertility.
My husband and I, had an amazing experience here at Care Fertility. We would recommend you all to anyone!
All the doctor's are great at CARE...there is not a bad one. Dr. Kathy has been exceptional, and I am blessed to be her patient.
