Good experience , just had times where I felt like I was annoying to some because I had questions. Just a sensitive procedure and wanted to make sure I had everything correct.

The staff was great. Everyone was friendly and took their time with us. I felt very comfortable from day 1 over the phone with Chrissy who answered all my questions. My consult was with Dr. Kathy and she is very smart and spent a lot of time with us. My doctor was different for each procedure based on who was on call so we did not get to know just one really well, but we trusted them all. And most importantly, they delivered and met our expectations and made our dream come true!!
Dr Kathy Doody was informative and helpful throughout our process of using an embryo donor. We were able to go through all pre-screening and transfer in about 3 months which surpassed our expectations. We were given realistic expectations and once I became pregnant, the monitoring and feedback were very good.
Everyone is very nice and helpful. Appointments start on time and everyone takes the time to explain everything and visit about our specific needs.
