Kat was fantastic, she was on the ball through the whole process. She kept me in the know at all times. She was great at keeping me on task with all legal aspects and documents that needed to be read and/or signed. She understood my needs and what I was looking for perfectly.
Kat was amazing from start to finish, she helped navigate this difficult process over several months as we looked at homes from out of state. Her knowledge of the area and personal contacts helped numerous times. We ran into some hiccups in closing due to unforeseen circumstances but she remained proactive in settling the sellers and advocating for us. Highly recommend!
