I was grateful for the care I received during my appointment. Kathleen Sheppard was supportive, caring, and thorough about my health issues. Im recovering well with her treatment she sent me home with. I've greatly appreciated Prisma Health Care. Im so happy I changed all of my health team to Prisma.
I can’t say enough good things about my Prisma caregiver, Kathleen Sheppard, and her nurse, Heather! From check-in to check-out, everyone is so kind and professional. Kathleen and Heather are both so attentive, personable, and really make you feel cared for. They take the time to listen and explain things in a way that makes you feel comfortable and confident. The whole staff goes above and beyond — I always leave feeling well taken care of!
As a new patient i was extremely satisfied with Kathleen Sheppard and the nurse, Heather, who assisted. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed as we talked thru any concerns. Kathleen listened and asked questions to better understand and I am confident in my care there for future needs.
