Thorough, patient and caring.
The FNP was great, but I was disappointed with the visit. We traveled a long way from Silver Spring and even got lost in the hospital trying to find the department. When Ms. Cage came in, she never examined me—she simply stated that my urine looked fine and that she would give me a referral for a CT scan. I felt this could have easily been handled at an Urgent Care without the long trip and difficulty.
