Office says it's open on Saturday but I just drove 50 minutes to knock on a door that never opened! I love one of their properties but while applying it asked for me to pay for the deposit when I wasn't asking for a hold. I hope there's some sort of mix up but either way I'm quite inconvenienced and very unhappy. Not sure when I'll be able to clear this up either because they haven't answered the phone.
