Poor bedside manor, honestly she was a real rude lady. Quick to judge, did not listen to any concerns and tries to tell you that you have things you don't real quickly. Rudest doctor I have ever been to!!!!!!
Very healthy and need a doctor once or twice a year. Impossible to get an appointment when actually sick with her or anyone at Sutter Medical Group. Call to patient services for support went to voice mail. Avoid the entire organization if you can.
I was consistently sick for 8 months under Cronin's care. I originally went in because I believed I had an ear infection. Cronin was adamant I had strep throat but refused to do the swab test. I believe I was misdiagnosed which resulted in me being sick for 8 months straight. I would have to go back in every 3 weeks because I finished my antibiotics but I was still sick. She would roundabout between strep throat and bronchitis, refusing to admit her first diagnosis was incorrect.
