Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was completely at ease during my appointment here.
