No Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

The folks at Dr Jones' office always go out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. In fact, once I showed up there thinking I had a mini stroke and was freaked OUT! They immediately recognized I was suffering from Bells Palsy after a wicked bout with the flu and yet, they were kind, gentle and respectful of my terrible fear. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
