I visit Dr. Jett about every 3 months for continued medical attention to my numerous issues. I've been seeing Dr. Jett as my Primary Care physician for nearly 10 years, and feel blessed to have her in my life. She is on top of the many medications/interactions, related issues, and need to keep up treatments and tests. This physician is so caring and compassionate. She listens to what you have to say and helps you find answers. If recommend Dr. Jett to anyone. She goes above and beyond other physicians with the care she gives you.
Dr Jett was very kind and listened to all my concerns. I didn't feel rushed and she discussed all options and treatments.
I've been seeing Dr. Jett as my PCP every 6 months or so for 5 years now. She is down to earth and listens well. Being an internal medicine specialist she of course loves lab results. She is often running behind because she only gets 15 minutes on the clock with patients but will spend as much time as needed with you.
Dr. Jett is an outstanding physician who communicates extremely well. She is compassionate and cares about her patients.
Dr. Katherine Jett has been coordinating medical information my health issues for the past 4 1/2 years. As a 77 year old female patient, Dr. Jett has to monitor information from my cardiologist, pulmonologist, hematologist, and dermatologist and keep me on track with oxygen and medications. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jett for approximately six Or seven years. She was pretty great while she was still with Dr. Gatewood but has steadily declined as she left for her own practice. She used to seem more compassionate and caring but she’s lost that quality. My biggest peeve is the LAPTOP!! While I’m telling her what’s going on with me she’s click clacking away over there with no response. Dr. Jett is very condescending. Especially to young mothers. She talks to you like you are lower than her. Her staff is an absolute JOKE and they’re incredibly rude. Rescheduling is a NIGHTMARE & if you’re 5 minutes late, forget it.. even though your wait time TOTAL is like 2 hours. Her staff hardly relays messages to her, if at all, and when they are it takes weeks to get an answer. My son had blood tests ran & when the results came back I was not even remotely alerted. So glad I left.
Had to wait way to long Nurse not nice and not professional Had a UTI and after giving sample had to wait 45 minutes
