I have heard pretty bad stories about the place and I honestly hope they treat there clients with more respect & compassion women come to salons all around the world to feel good and look good it should be a community where women feel confident and happy & I am saddend to hear from friends and family how they were treated at this salon do better.
The girl did not want to help me and she made me feel so badly before I left about my hair. I understand if she couldn’t but we had talked several times and I had sent pics and she acted as if I was a burden in her chair. It as an awful experience

I went in for a haircut without an appointment last week they greeted me friendly and said I need to leave my number and someone would contact me. And I never recieved a call or anything I don't get it
