Dr. Allen is thorough and follows up on all Issues that may be detected from tests etc. She is professional and knowledgeable.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Allen for three years now, and I’ve never had a doctor who’s so responsive, patient, and thorough. She truly takes the time to listen, understand, and help solve problems. I’m always impressed that when I get bloodwork done, she makes it a point to review it and add her notes right away—it shows how attentive and dedicated she is to her patients. I would suggest a different primary care doctor. Dr. Allen is constantly behind on appointments, slow to respond, and gives inconsistent care. UNC itself has been great, our experience with our pediatrician has been wildly different comparatively. Seems like an isolated issue with an irresponsible doctor.
The absolute best ! Very attentive and personable! Love Dr. Allen . Very safe and easy provider to patient relationship.
