The food was excellent, the Cascinetta Vietti Moscato D'Asti was amazing the experience was fantastic. We had the fancy pork shank dish Osso Bucco, the lemon chicken soup and the salad and it was amazing!!! Please OPEN a chain restaurant and build one near us in Washington County, WI... LOL. LOVE the food!!!!
We had to wait a half hour to be seated, but we were not in any rush. (I don't understand when there were many open tables why we weren't seated right away.) Once seated the service was very good. Everything we ordered was fresh and presented nicely. Hands down the best tasting Italian food in the state.
The Filet Mignon with Lobster Ravioli In Curry Sauce was EXCEPTIONAL!
It's been a while since I have been to Kate's. I'm kicking myself for that!!! Three friends and I ate there last night, and it was amazing!! The drinks, salads, bread, bruschetta, and filet with smoked mozzarella ravioli were all DIVINE!! Kate's has always been a favorite, and my experience last night has been a great reminder of why I need to get there more often!!!! Thank you!!!
