I went to see this Dr for my shaking hands that was previously diagnosed as essential benign tremors. I always provide new doctors with a list of medication as well as previous diagnosis. The Dr came into the room, stood on the other side of the room, and said I needed to get a CT scan and MRI. She hadn't even touched me but I agreed since she was the doctor. Never have I been so disappointed with a Dr./Drs. office. The staff did not care nor seek to help when I waited to be seen. I was first told I had to reschedule my appointment because I was 15 mins late once I proved that to be untrue, The nurse told me Dr. Kurako was backed up so I waited to be seen, The the Nurse told me Dr. Kurako couldn't recall why I was there and told me I did not receive treatment at her office before which indeed I proved that I did.
