Kate and her team are extremely knowledgeable about the local housing market and did an outstanding job marketing and selling our home! The thing I appreciated most was how we were kept in the loop throughout the process and were given info and updates after showings. My husband and I were buying our first home in the winter of 2021 in a very competitive market for buyers in Albuquerque.
