Kate Southard recently helped me buy a home, but she had previously helped me sell a home. I rated her 5 stars on all of the above because that has been my experience of her work. Buying or selling a home is a BIG complicated project, from my point of view. My preferences as a buyer were very particular and she kept these in mind. Of course, she knows the process in and out, was always available for consultation.
Kate, Jack and her team are second to none! I have lived in seven states (including a couple of moves within those states) and have dealt with lots of real estate agents both in the selling and purchasing of property. With confidence, I can say Kate is the best agent I have ever had. She is always professional, very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly.
