Recently switched due to feeling unheard by my last pcp, and no, I’m not just whining. I had asked to address ongoing back pain since a car accident years ago, and other chronic issues but told all my problems were lifestyle related. My elderly mother saw this physician one week ago for shortness of breath and was told to eat more protein. Since then she had an emergency admission and was diagnosed with acute congestive heart failure and today was placed on hospice care. I think that says it all.

Dr. Mayans is wonderful. I recently saw her for my first appointment. She took her time and thoroughly reviewed my health issues and patiently addressed my concerns. She is very knowledgeable. She was very kind and down to earth. I appreciate that.
