Kate has been thorough and attentive on each of my visits and responded quickly to messages.
Kate was kind and understanding.
Kate was very helpful with setting up specialists for my needs. She ordered the meds I needed when the results came back and they solved my problem. I do have one complaint about CHI. My stool samples were sent out and CHI used a third party to inspect them. I waited a month for the results while suffering daily diarrhea during that time and lost 25 pounds.
Lied on my medical records. Refused to help. Talked to me like I was stupid. When something was actually going on. I finally received help from another physician and it’s been going great since. It really makes an impact when your doctor actually listens to you.
