I have never been to a chiropractor. I have suffered from lower back pain since I have had children. It seemed to worsen as I gotten older. I love how Dr Popp adjusts the spine. She incorporates muscle testing in her adjustments. My body feels so much better. I feel I’m not as inflamed. My joints are not hurting. I have more energy. I want to exercise more.
I have been visiting chiropractors for many years to manage various back and neck aches, including a back sprain, and foot problems. Especially when I sprained my lower back, chiropractic combined with acupuncture were the most effective for my healing. Dr. Popp offers both of these and is able to assess any ongoing issues with insight, professional training, and the physical strength needed for effective, yet gentle chiropractic care. dr. popp is amazing. she truly cares about you feeling better after each session and she is one of the most educated and well-round practitioners i've ever been to. i highly highly recommend her.
